The only one Phone Control setting that can't be updated remotely is the secure uninstallation because the Android system enforce the user confirmation for this operation. However, if you installed the Phone Control app on a target phone and just started it one time to enable the secure uninstallation, you will be able to change any setting of the app from your own phone without never accessing again to the target phone.
Phone Control v2.3.0 (this app is free) or above must be installed on the target phone, older versions are not compatible with this version of Phone Control Admin.
